** Python developer - 3 months - Outside ir35 - Fully remote **

Job Description

My client is a Start-up Medicine based company and have an immediate requirement for an experience Python Developer to join their small engineering team.

Role:
  • Develop the clients web-based user interface, API and backend
  • Be part of the end to end development process, from design to implementation, testing and
launch
  • Build a user interface which is in line with our designs and look-and-feel guidelines
  • Collaborate with ML/NLP experts and Data scientists to integrate their models, and connect to third party data sources (e.g. Twitter, Reddit)
  • Help improve test coverage by writing unit and end-to-end tests
  • Work day-to-day with the wider business, including Product, Compliance and Sales

Skills required:
  • Python with Django. Creating REST APIs, and web applications.
  • Javascript / VueJS. (less important than the Python, as this will be more of backend role)
  • Azure with Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Any exposure to big data processing ETL, with Azure SQL / Databricks an advantage
